Group Paul Express is a logistics and freight services company based in South Africa. We offer freight forwarding, customs clearing, warehousing, cross-border transport, procurement, and related solutions. All services are subject to availability, applicable local and international laws, and our internal policies.
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date shipping and customs documentation. You are responsible for ensuring that all goods comply with South African and international laws and shipping regulations. Any fees, tariffs, duties, taxes, or penalties incurred through misdeclaration or non-compliance are your sole responsibility.
Quotes are valid for seven business days unless stated otherwise. In some cases, a deposit or full payment may be required prior to service commencement. Late payments may result in delayed shipments, service suspension, or additional charges. All payments must be made in South African Rands unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We take care in handling and transporting cargo, but delays or damages may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events. We are not liable for any indirect losses, including lost income or opportunities. Our liability is limited to the value of the service paid for unless otherwise agreed.
Insurance is not included unless specifically requested and confirmed in writing. Clients are advised to obtain appropriate cargo insurance to protect against loss or damage in transit. Without insurance, goods are transported entirely at the client’s risk.
Clients must ensure that cargo complies with all customs requirements and that declarations are complete and truthful. Group Paul Express reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any shipment that does not meet regulatory or safety standards.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
